We take the time in person to find the best fit and best gear for any of your running needs. Something that a video analysis can't provide.
GAIT ANALYSIS
We offer free gait analysis in order to help improve your running and reduce the risk of injury. No appointment necessary, just ask!
WHAT TO BRING
We recommend coming dressed to run. You won't be running a marathon, but we want you to be comfortable. If you have an old pair of running shoes, bring them too! We receive insight from the history shown on your old pair.
JOIN OUR GROUP RUNS
We host group runs every Wednesday evening, leaving from the store @ 6:00pm. Our runs are usually 4-6 miles and any pace is welcome. Our club leaders will make you feel welcomed! Events and runs are posted on the RC Strava Club and Facebook Events page.
UPCOMING EVENTS
- February 21st @ 6:00pm: RC lecture hosted by local podiatrist and RC Racing Team member Seth Brazier. he will be discussing common running injuries and recovering from those injuries.
- February 28th @ 6:30pm: RC lecture hosted by nutritionist Vic Johnson. Vic is an experienced Ultra-Marathoner and will be discussing optimal pre-run, during-run, and post-run nutrition.
